1. General Terms
1.1. By enrolling in any class or program at Tango Holanda, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.2. Tango Holanda reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
2. Registration and Fees
2.1. All students must make payment prior to participating in any classes or events.
2.2. Fees for classes and services are due in advance and can be paid via cash and or a bank transfer.
2.3. All sales are final. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded. However, we are open to discussing exceptions on a case-by-case basis, subject to certain conditions.
2.4. If a payment is not received by the specified deadline, access to classes or services may be suspended until payment is made.
3. Attendance and Cancellation
3.1. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. If you are unable to attend a class, please notify us as soon as possible.
3.2. While we cannot guarantee refunds for cancellations, we are open to discussing alternative options.
3.3. Tango Holanda reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify students in advance and offer a refund or alternative options.
4. Health and Safety
4.1. It is the responsibility of each student to ensure that they are physically fit and able to participate in classes. By enrolling, students confirm that they are in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent them from participating in dance activities.
4.2. Students must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructor at all times. Tango Holanda is not liable for any injury that may occur during classes or events.
4.3. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for each class. Tango Holanda is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times.
5.2. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the school without a refund.
5.3. Tango Holanda is an inclusive and welcoming environment for all individuals. We value diversity and encourage students of all backgrounds to join us.
6. Media and Photography
6.1. Tango Holanda may take photos or videos during classes, performances, or events for promotional purposes. By attending our classes, students give consent for their images or videos to be used in marketing materials, on social media, and on our website.
6.2. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the instructor or staff before the class begins.
7. Liability
7.1. Tango Holanda and its staff are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during classes, events, or activities.
7.2. Students participate in all activities at their own risk.
8. Termination of Agreement
8.1. Tango Holanda reserves the right to terminate a student’s participation in classes if these terms and conditions are violated, or if the student engages in behavior that is unsafe or disruptive to the learning environment.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. Tango Holanda respects your privacy. Personal data collected during registration will be stored securely and used only for administrative purposes related to your classes and participation.
9.2. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
